Originally from Michigan, Rick moved to Maryland to earn his degree in Therapeutic Recreation from York College over 40 years ago. He put his education to work by dedicating many years to Montgomery County’s youth programs. Rick’s decision to work with Kilner & Kirk was inspired by his wife’s career in the real estate industry, and her impact in the growth of their beloved Frederick County. The youngest of 9, Rick has a passion for people and life, and embraces community. In his free time, he enjoys quality time with his wife, three kids and their two dogs.
